Redirection and link measurement

There is no website at lomberly.com. The domain exists solely to pass through the links in emails sent via the Mailpro platform and to count their opens.

Unsubscribe

This domain manages no mailing list. To stop receiving messages, use the link at the bottom of the email, or the unsubscribe button your mail client offers via the List-Unsubscribe header. It takes effect at once and for good.

What is measured

When a link routed through this domain is opened, four items are recorded on behalf of the sender of the email:

• the message identifier and the recipient identifier carried by the URL
• the date and time of the open
• the browser signature (user-agent)
• the IP address, shortened once the country has been approximated

The data controller is the sender of the email; Maxony Suisse SA acts on their documented instructions alone, as processor. No resale, no advertising use, no cross-customer correlation.

Data processing

The legal basis is the sender's legitimate interest in measuring the reach of their mailings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of the contract between you and them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In Switzerland, Art. 31 revFADP applies.

Click records are kept for as long as the sender keeps the corresponding campaign in their account, and are deleted with it. Raw technical logs are purged after thirty days.

Records are held in our Geneva data centre, in Switzerland. No redirection data leaves Swiss territory.

This domain sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Measurement relies solely on the identifiers carried by the link's address.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: address the sender, who alone holds the link between you and their lists. If they do not respond, the contact above takes over and carries out the deletion.

For the platform as a whole, the reference remains the Mailpro privacy policy.
